Our Clinic
Located on Historic Main Street in Payson, Arizona, we are ideally located in a beautiful log building with a rich history, just like our vibrant community. From Phoenix, take Hwy 87 and turn left on Main Street. From Pine or Star Valley, take Hwy 260 and turn right on Main. We are here Monday through Thursday from 8-4 and 9-2 on Fridays. So, drop in, no appointment is needed.
Our Team
Our clinic is led by Steve Borak, an experienced nurse practitioner with a focus on family health care. Steve is passionate about providing an alternative option to traditional clinic care. Before opening the Payson Walk-In Clinic, he served our area at the Tonto-Apache Clinic for 3 years. Before that, Steve served as a US Marshal for 25 years. He is dedicated to offering quality, direct-from-provider care to every patient.

Simply put, we utilize all the best parts of the primary healthcare system and try to improve the rest. We use only evidence-based medicine in the treatment of the individual patient.
